About The Role Reporting to the CEO and co-founder, you will be responsible generating sales leads, engaging prospective qualified clients from contact through demo and close, and developing and driving a scalable sales process. Responsibilities include: * Manage lead qualification, lead response, demos, follow-up and contract execution. * Rapidly become highly effective at successfully demonstrating the CoFi product, with the ability to engage and develop rapport with entire practices — from surgeons to administrators, C-Suite executives, and clinical and office staff. * Professionally generate leads through conferences, networking, customer referrals, and partnering with marketing to grow a highly qualified pipeline. * Ensure a successful hand off to the Partner Success team for customer onboarding and effective recruitment and onboarding of our customers’ partners to the CoFi platform. * Quickly become a subject matter and product expert, and deliver customer and product feedback to the product team. * Help develop a scalable sales process, clear consistent messaging, and supportive sales tool set, and implement that process across our current product set and new product launches. * Implement an actionable sales reporting structure to facilitate pipeline analyses and inform sales goals and direction. We’re hiring an Account Executive to play an essential role in customer acquisition, adoption, and satisfaction. We are sitting at the exciting intersection of pay tech and health tech. We have a big vision, are in a large market, and are first to market. Over 1,200 doctors are on the CoFi platform already. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to play an important role in the company’s rapid growth. The AE will be responsible for driving the onboarding of merchant accounts amongst partners of CoFi’s core customers. This includes but is not limited to: * Product demos and sales presentations to doctors and administrators of medical practices and facilities * Rapid uptake on the CoFi product, processes, markets served, and customer dynamics * Helping to establishing and improving processes for rapidly onboarding these partners, and contributing ideas and recommending improvements to the product * Managing pipeline data and details, and reports. We are seeking a talented individual who is local to MetroWest Boston to join our rapidly growing team in a cross-functional sales support, customer support and administrative support role. What you'll do: The Operations and Customer Support Specialist will provide essential support functions across for the executive and sales departments. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with several team members, this individual will: * Assist with essential tasks related to the onboarding of customers and set-up of customer accounts. * Support the sales and onboarding team by handling email communications to new customers, coordinating appointments, and taking on other tasks as needed. * Provide first-line internal support to customer inquiries and issues, to enable the sales team to respond efficiently and effectively to customers. * Provide administrative support to the CEO related to HR, corporate, and other company-administration related projects and needs. What we need: * 2 to 5 years’ experience in a professional setting * Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office tools * Ability to travel to and work in the company’s office (Holliston, Mass.)
